They were polite over the phone and in person. From a client standpoint you get what you pay for (which I had no upfront costs or fees which was great) I didn't feel like they had my best interest because I had to stay on top of the situation and reiterate my case and argue my truth to get a few things accomplished. Was sent to a clinic for therapy and billed for what I thought were diagnosis to help my case but only charged for therapy that didn't help before I could communicate with my attorney by then it was too late. (Given a discount by northwest however so thank you for that) I now understand they are used to dealing with some of interesting people so they do what they can I suppose. My wife and kids were hit hit while stopped at a light. The gentleman who hit them was very apologetic and gave us his information. Unfortunately, two of our boys ended up with concussions and all the information for insurance that we had been given was false. A month and a half in the hospital, 52 or so broken bones and a driver that didn’t leave a license or insurance info. These guys as a team figured it out. I started with Doug in a very open conversation about my accident. He was insightful and now that it’s all over - super accurate. Glen was the attorney that handled the legalities while working constantly with Misty. Both were exceptional. If I called and they didn’t have answers or updates, one of them would follow up quickly, and kept me in the loop. A procedure that I would never want to do in my own.
