This can be expensive and represents an investment in your case on behalf of our firm.

In exchange for our hard work and financial investment in your case, you will need to sign a contingency fee agreement.

How Contingency Fee Agreements Work

This agreement will list the information for both parties: you and our law firm. It will also specify the case being worked on. The contingency agreement will list the fees that we are willing to pay and if you will be required to contribute anything toward them.

Finally, it will specify the compensation that we will receive in exchange for this work after your case settles. Typically, this is a percentage of your total financial award. These funds will be paid to our firm once your case has come to a successful conclusion, whether through trial or negotiation.

If You Don’t Win, You Don’t Pay

If your case does not settle or no financial award is given, we do not receive any compensation. As a result, we encourage clients to assist wherever possible by being available to answer questions; produce evidence, receipts, and any other pertinent information they may have; and appear for all negotiation settlements, depositions, and court dates.
