Attorney Steven Fisher

Personal Injury Attorney Steven Fisher practices law in Idaho and Oregon, representing clients who have suffered serious injuries through the actions of others. Specifically, he handles car accidents, truck accidents, and public transportation accidents. He also helps injured pedestrians, motorcyclists and bicyclists – as well as victims of wrongful death and dog bites.

Steven graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Oregon University in 2003, obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology. While in college, Steven was a member of the Intercollegiate Track and Cross-Country teams, earning all-conference honors in cross-country before taking a break from college to serve a two-year mission in Massachusetts for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After graduating from EOU, Steven attended Gonzaga University School of Law, before finishing his legal education at the University of Idaho College of Law – earning his Juris Doctorate in 2006. While attending law school, Steven was a member of the Dean’s List, served on the Board of Student Advocates, was vice-president for Moot Court, and an intern for the Legal Aid Tax Clinic. He participated in Moot Court competitions, trial advocacy training, and negotiation training. During law school, Steven also clerked for the judges of the Circuit Court of Oregon for Union County and worked as a limited license intern for, and under the supervision of, the late Moscow, Idaho Attorney Mark S. Moorer.

After law school, Steven served as a deputy prosecutor for the Baker County District Attorney’s Office in Oregon until 2008. Following that assignment, he moved with his family to Boise and began private practice as a litigation attorney, serving clients in Idaho and Oregon in personal injury and other matters. Steven joins Craig Swapp & Associates as a litigation attorney with nearly thirteen years’ experience in the practice of law as a litigator.

Steven is a member of the Idaho and Oregon State Bars, as well as the United States District Court, District of Idaho.

In his spare time, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, woodworking, camping, hiking, firearms, serving in church responsibilities, teaching, writing, and being active.
