Personal Injury Attorney Mary Manley represents Utah clients who have suffered personal injuries from car accidents, commercial/large truck accidents, and public transportation accidents. She also handles accidents involving pedestrians, motorcyclists and bicyclists. Mary also resolves wrongful death and dog bite cases.
Mary Manley is currently licensed to practice law in Utah and is a member of the Utah State Bar.
Mary graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University in 2011. She then earned her Juris Doctorate in 2018 at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. While at law school, she competed as a finalist in the Linda Anderson Trail Competition and semi-finalist in the TYLA Regional Trial Competition. She also was in the top 10 of the Woody Deem Trial Competition. During her law studies, Mary was vice-president and a board member of the Military & National Security Club. She also earned the J. Reuben Clark Law School Distinguished Practice Award.
Before joining Craig Swapp & Associates, Mary’s legal career included working as a criminal defense attorney for the Utah County Public Defender Association. She also was associated with the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center. She served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Darold J. McDade and Judge Derek P. Pullan. She has provide Pro Bono clinical work with family, immigration, civil, and criminal law.
Mary has been a former member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve, earning three medals and commendations. A former collegiate soccer athlete, she enjoys swimming, shooting, hiking, camping, reading, cooking, playing guitar, and spending time with her family.
