Lee graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Government Studies in 1993. While in college, he was elected as the student representative to serve on the EWU Disciplinary Board for two years. He later attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law located in San Diego, and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1998. While in law school, Lee served as president of the Intellectual Property Club.
While a law student, Lee clerked at Silldorf, Burdman & Eisenberg in San Diego. Since 2002, he practiced law in Washington State, primarily handling cases involving criminal defense and domestic relations. He has served as an Officer and a Trustee for the YLD division of the Spokane County Bar Association from 2002 to 2007. He is a member of Washington State Bar Family Law Section and the Washington State Bar Criminal Defense Section. Lee is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of Kootenai County Bar Association, Idaho Bar Association, and Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.
Lee enjoys boating and water sports, off-road driving, camping, hiking, golf, softball, San Diego Charger football, and visiting national parks.
