Personal Injury Attorney Kurt London handles personal injury cases for Craig Swapp & Associates – including car accidents and other vehicular accidents involving commercial trucks, buses, light rail, other public transportation, pedestrians, motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles. He is also involved in wrongful death and dog bite cases.
Kurt graduated from Brigham Young University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He completed his Juris Doctorate at J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2016. While in law school, he served as editor of the BYU Law Review, president of Phi Delta Phi (a legal honor society), and president of the Trial Advocacy Team. He was also a member of the Moot Court Washington DC Traveling Team, and the American College of Trial Lawyers Traveling Team. He was an alternate finalist in the Woody Deem Trial Advocacy Competition, as well as a semi-finalist in the Rex E. Lee Trial Advocacy Competition, and the Linda Anderson Trial Advocacy Competition. Due to his participation in the local and legal community, he was awarded the Faculty Award for Meritorious Achievement and Distinguished Service and the Public Interest Service Award.
In 2015, Kurt served as a Federal Judicial Extern for the United States District Court and Chief Judge David Nuffer; a law clerk for the United States Department of Justice (National Security Division); and a law clerk for the California Department of Justice (Criminal Division).
Following his graduation from law school, Kurt was an attorney at the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center. He was then associated with Robert J. DeBry and Associates, where he worked with Utah personal injury clients.
Kurt London is licensed to practice law in the states of Utah and Montana, and is a member of both state bars. With the Utah State Bar, he is a committee member of the Young Lawyers Division. He is also a member of the Utah Association of Justice (UAJ), where he is a member of UAJ’s Legislative Affairs Committee.
His personal interests include camping, hiking, backpacking, reading, snorkeling, swimming body boarding and weightlifting. He is fluent in Russian.
