Attorney Kimberly Garner handles personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and wrongful deaths.
Kimberly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah in 2001 and received a J.D. from the University of Idaho in 2007. Kimberly worked for 11 years as a paralegal for a small private firm handling personal injury and criminal defense cases. It was during these years that Kimberly developed a great admiration and respect for the practice of law. Kimberly joined this same law firm as an associate after becoming a licensed attorney in the state of Utah.
Kimberly left the practice of law in 2011 to teach and direct the Paralegal Studies program at Ensign College. She has also held adjunct faculty positions at Stevens Henegar College, Weber State University, and The Center for Legal Studies. In November 2022, Kimberly returned to the active practice of law by joining the Torts Section of the Utah Attorney General’s Office handling litigation defense matters for various state entities.
Kimberly is a devoted University of Utah fan and loves to cook and bake for any occasion. Kimberly loves road trips and spending time with her family.
