Originally from South Florida, Dan graduated from Brigham Young University in 2012 with a bachelor’s of arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Business Management. He completed his Juris Doctorate at J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2017. While in law school, he served as Lead Editor of the Journal of Public Law. Dan was also a member of the Minority Student Law Association.
Following his law school graduation, Dan came to Craig Swapp & Associates from Robert J. DeBry and Associates, where he worked extensively with Utah personal injury clients. While attending law school, he also clerked and interned at Craig Swapp & Associates. Dan also served as an extern for Judge Jane Boyle of the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas.
Fluent in Spanish, Dan Benzion is licensed to practice law in the state of Utah, and is a member of the Utah state bar.
