Personal Injury Attorney Colton Schneider handles personal injury cases in Idaho, including vehicular accidents involving automobiles, commercial trucks, public transportation, pedestrians, motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles. He is also involved in wrongful death and dog bite cases.
Colton attended Concordia University Nebraska (Seward, Nebraska), where he played collegiate football. He graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration. He completed his Juris Doctorate at the Concordia University School of Law (Boise, Idaho) in 2019. While in law school on a merit scholarship, he served as the vice-president of the Student Bar Association and received the CALI Award for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
While attending law school, Colton was actively involved with a number of Idaho-based law firms and companies. For nearly two years he was a law clerk at Lister Frost Injury Attorneys, where he was actively involved with that firm’s litigation efforts, including drafting complaints; defending positions; and drafting motions, discovery documents and expert disclosures. He was also director for Bronze Bow (Boise, Idaho), a legal Assistant for Nextitle (Meridian, Idaho) and a legal Intern for Joe Frick Law (Nampa, Idaho).
Colton is licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho, and is a member of the Idaho State Bar.
His personal interests include skiing and backpacking in Idaho’s mountains, watching college football, and rooting for his former team, the Concordia Bulldogs.
