Roger graduated Cum Laude from Utah State University in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and minors in English and Korean. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1993 from Brigham Young University’s J. Rueben Clark Law School, where he served as vice-president of the Student Bar Association and was a recipient of the Faculty Award. Roger was named one of the “Utah Legal Elite” by Utah Business Magazine four separate times.
During his legal career, Roger also has experience in family law, criminal defense, and appellate work. He is a member of the Utah Association for Justice.
In his free time, Roger enjoys his family, fly fishing, motorcycles, reading, and rag-time piano.
