Attorney Richard Spratley focuses his efforts on litigation, mediation and arbitration cases involving handling automobile accidents, truck accidents, negligence injury, wrongful death.
Richard graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah in 1974 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1977 from the College of Law at the University of Utah.
From 1978 to 2000, Richard was a personal injury defense attorney for a number of major insurers, including State Farm, Farmers, TransAmerica, and Home Insurance. He was named one of the “Utah Legal Elite” by Utah Business Magazine in 2007.
Richard’s personal interests include his family, golf, hunting, gardening, reading, travel, and University of Utah sports.
