Spokane Personal Injury Attorney Erik Highberg practices law in surrounding states, as well as Washington D.C. He specializes in cases that involve automobile accidents, truck accidents, negligence injury, and wrongful death.
Erik obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science from Whitman College in 1988. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from Willamette University College of Law, where he was executive editor of the Willamette Law Review.
Erik practiced law in Oregon as an attorney and shareholder for Crothers & Hansen P.C. in Salem, and later as General Counsel for a major mining and road construction firm, Yuba North, Inc., in Medford. He has practiced motor vehicle injury law in his native city of Spokane since 1999.
Erik has been an Emergency Medical Technician and volunteer firefighter since 1985, and currently serves as the EMS Lieutenant for Spokane County Fire District 9, Station 94. He is also a fire investigator for the fire district and a member of the local ski patrol.
In addition, Erik is a commercial pilot and flight instructor and enjoys snow skiing, and spending time with his family.
