Lawyer Brett Benson, J.D.
Washington Personal Injury Attorney Brett Benson specializes in litigation, mediation and arbitration cases that involve automobile accidents and truck accidents. He also deals with negligence injury, wrongful death and civil appeal cases.
Brett graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 1993 before earning his Juris Doctorate at the University of Tulsa in 1996. He is a member of both the American and Utah Associations for Justice.
Before joining Craig Swapp & Associates, Brett was in private practice and was corporate counsel for the Great Saltair, LLC. Most recently, he has been involved in mass tort litigation, specifically the Fen Phen Class Action. During his legal career, Brett has provided pro bono legal advice for a variety of nonprofit organizations. He is currently a board member for Eye Care for Kids, a Utah-based nonprofit organization.
Brett’s hobbies include hiking, reading, and spending time with his three daughters.
