A personal injury attorney needs to be emotionally empathetic towards people. You must always have your client’s best interest at heart. While honesty can be a rare characteristic when it comes to the law profession, it is a necessary trait that enables our lawyers to provide honest information to our clients.

- Personal Injury Attorney
- Litigation Paralegal
- Receptionist
- In-Take Specialist
- Investigator
- Case Manager
Attorney – Experienced personal injury attorney, preferably with litigation experience. Licensed to practice law in Utah, Washington or Idaho preferred.
Paralegal – Experienced paralegal working for our Litigation Department; requires paralegal education and 3 to 5 years experience; personal injury experience a plus.
Receptionist – Answers phones and greets clients; requires good telephone etiquette and a pleasant demeanor. Must be able to handle high volume of telephone calls at times and must possess good computer skills; Spanish language a plus.
In-Take Specialist – Interviews potential clients on the telephone; must have good telephone etiquette and be a quick study. Position requires confidence and good computer skills; Spanish language a plus.
Investigator – Travels to meetings with potential clients, gathers accident and medical information, and explains contracts. Must have basic computer and photography skills. This position requires a good driving record; Spanish language a plus.
Case Manager – Works with existing clients, monitors their medical progress, and gathers medical and police records. Must be able to multi-task using the computer and telephone. Experience in the medical or insurance fields is helpful; Spanish language a plus.
