We seek people who are polite and empathetic to the plight of the injured victim, yet can work effectively with the insurance company, medical providers, employers, etc. In addition, we expect our employees to have good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and to be goal-oriented.

If you have law experience on your resume, we want to hear from you. We are currently looking for:

• Personal Injury Attorneys – Utah-licensed, minimum 3 to 5 years experience in cases involving personal injury, including negotiating with insurance companies
• Litigation Attorneys – Utah-licensed, minimum 5 years arbitrating, mediating or litigating personal injury cases
• Paralegals – Paralegal education and/or certification, minimum 3 to 5 years experience; experience should include assisting attorney with preparing for litigation, arbitration or mediation
• Investigators – Strong customer relations skills, ability to gather information, requires strong photographic and computer skills, good driving record required, Spanish language skills beneficial
• Case Managers – Experience in medical or insurance fields preferred, ability to communicate well and often with clients, good understanding of medical and police records; ability to multi-task with multiple clients and to work under deadlines; Spanish language skills beneficial
• Receptionists – Requires strong telephone skills, pleasant personality with callers and guests, able to handle large volume of calls, basic computer skills required, Spanish language skills beneficial
