At Craig Swapp & Associates, we are looking for personal injury lawyers who can be empathetic towards victims, but also aggressive in the courtroom. Our Boise attorneys always have their client’s best interests in mind, and constantly exercise a high standard of honesty and an extremely diligent work ethic.

• Personal Injury Attorney
• In-Take Specialist
• Investigator
• Litigation Paralegal
• Case Manager
• Receptionist

The requirements for these positions include:

Personal Injury Attorney: Experienced personal injury attorney, licensed to practice law in Idaho.

In-Take Specialist: Good telephone etiquette to interview potential clients, good computer skills, a quick study. Spanish language a plus.

Investigator: Ability to gather accident and medical information and explain contracts. Requires basic computer skills, photography skills and a good driving record. Spanish language a plus.

Litigation Paralegal: Paralegal education and 3 to 5 years experience. Personal injury experience a plus.

Case Manager: Ability to monitor clients’ medical progress and gathers medical and police records. Requires the ability to multi-task using the computer and telephone. Experience in the insurance or medical field is helpful. Spanish language a plus.

Receptionist: Good telephone etiquette, a pleasant demeanor, good computer skills. Must have the ability to handle a large volume of telephone calls. Spanish language a plus.
