Attorney Roger Griffin, J.D.
Attorney Roger Griffin practices law in Utah and Idaho. His practice focuses on litigating, mediating, and arbitrating cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, negligence injury, wrongful death, and complex business disputes. He also heads up our criminal law section.
Roger graduated Cum Laude from Utah State University in 1989 with his bachelor’s of arts degree in Political Science with minors in English and Korean. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1993, where he served as vice-president of the Student Bar Association and was a recipient of the Faculty Award. He has been named a “Utah Legal Elite” by the Utah Business Magazine four different times. Professionally, Roger also has expertise in family law and appellate work. He is a member of the Utah Association for Justice and the Utah Association of Criminal Defense lawyers.
Roger enjoys his family, fly fishing, motorcycles, reading, and rag-time piano.
