Attorney Bobby Udall, J.D.
Personal Injury Attorney Bobby Udall, J.D. practices law in Utah, handling motor vehicle accidents involving cars, semi-trucks and commercial trucks, motorcycles, public transportation, and pedestrians. He also handles cases involving negligence injury (dog bites, premise accidents, etc.), wrongful death, products liability, and mass tort. Being conversant in Spanish, he enjoys working closely with his clients, while providing them with aggressive and professional representation on a variety of personal injury matters, in and out of the courtroom.
Bobby received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Utah Valley University in 2007. Following his graduation from UVU, he attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2011. While in law school, Bobby achieved high honors in several law classes (including Evidence and Trial Practice) and was an editor for the Law Review. He also earned the ‘Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities Award.’ During this period, Bobby was also chosen to clerk for both the United States Attorney’s Office in San Diego and Utah, where he co-chaired a trial and worked on numerous drug and violent crimes cases, including the sentencing of Brian David Mitchell (who was convicted of the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping).
Bobby is a member of the Utah State Bar and the Utah Association of Justice (UAJ).
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. As a member of the well-known Udall political family, Bobby has a keen interest in local and national politics.
