Alan received his bachelor’s of arts degree from Brigham Young University in 1989. He graduated from the J. Reuben Clark law school at BYU in 1992 and served as the articles editor for the Law Review.
He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Utah Association for Justice. He was formally associated with the law firms of Bradshaw & Macdonald and Partridge & Macdonald before joining Craig Swapp & Associates.
Alan enjoys his family, competitive cycling, adventure racing and water sports.
